Our commitments are simple: we do not collect your data for model training, and we store media assets only so you can revisit them in your history and related product experiences.

• Account & profile details you provide during sign-up or sign-in (for example, name or email).
• Operational data such as logs, device/browser information, and coarse usage analytics to keep the service secure and reliable.
• Media assets and prompts that you upload or generate so the portal can show them back to you.

How We Use Information

• Deliver, maintain, and troubleshoot the features you request.
• Respond to support requests and improve usability based on aggregate, non-identifying trends.
• Enforce acceptable-use requirements and protect the service from abuse.
• Never to train, fine-tune, or otherwise improve any model—your prompts and assets are excluded from model-training pipelines by design.

Media Asset Storage

• Assets are stored in secure BytePlus-controlled storage so you can revisit them in your history, galleries, or workflow integrations.
• You may request deletion at any time via the contact information below, subject to minimal backups needed for legal or security purposes.
• If the feature set no longer requires an asset, it is deleted or irreversibly anonymized.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data or media assets with third parties. Limited disclosure may occur only where required by law, to comply with legal processes, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of users and BytePlus.

Retention & Deletion

• Operational logs are retained for the minimum period necessary to investigate issues, comply with legal obligations, or protect the service.
• Media assets remain until you delete them, request removal, or the feature that relies on them is decommissioned.
• Backups containing deleted material are overwritten on a scheduled cycle consistent with our retention policies.

Security

We apply industry-standard safeguards, including access controls, encryption in transit, and monitoring to protect stored data. No system is perfect, but we continuously evaluate and enhance our defenses.

Your Rights & Choices

• Access, correct, or delete account information by using the in-product settings or contacting us.
• Export or remove media assets you uploaded or generated.
• Opt out of optional communications; essential service notices will continue so we can inform you about security or policy changes.

International Data Transfers

Information may be processed in jurisdictions where BytePlus or its affiliates operate. We rely on approved mechanisms (such as contractual clauses) to protect data as required by applicable law.
